How to upgrade your hosting package

How to upgrade/downgrade your hosting package through the cPanel

The hosting package can be easily be upgraded/ downgraded. This often happens when the disk space is no longer enough for your files.

1. Login to the cPanel, use the URL that was provided i.e. yourdomainname.co.ke/cPanel, then enter the cPanel login details to access the cPanel
2. On the cPanel home page, click on the ‘user preferences’ select on the option’ upgrade/downgrade.

3. On the new window, on the left side , select ‘web hosting’.

4. On the new window select the package you want to upgrade to, the continue to make the order.
