How to Open a Support Ticket through Client Area
How to Open a Support Ticket through Client Area
1. Login to Webcom client area. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Note: your client area password is not the same as the cpanel password.
2. On the menu bar select ‘Open Ticket’
3. On the new window select the department under which you want to open the ticket, for instance if you are having issues with the service you address the ticket to support department
4. On the new window draft your ticket and submit it.
