How to manage email disk space on the cPanel

This utility allows you to recover disk space by deleting old messages from your mailbox.

1. Login to the cPanel, use the URL that was provided i.e. yourdomainname.co.ke/cPanel, then enter the cPanel login details to access the cPanel

2. On the cPanel search for ‘Email’ select the option ‘Email Disk Usage’

3. On the new window, on the account section you can select the email account that you want to manage disk space, then choose the mailbox the under action click on ‘Manage’. Then select the messages to delete.
