How to create a sub-account for your profile through the cPanel

A sub-account can receive general, products and invoices through the emails.

1. Login to the cPanel, using  the URL to the cPanel i.e. yourdomainname.co.ke/cPanel, then enter the cPanel login details to access the cPanel

2. On the cPanel under billing and support, select the option ‘Manage Profile’

3. On the new window, on the left side bar select on ‘contacts/sub-accounts’  then enter the contact for the sub-account.
